This review is from: Classic Science Fiction Collection: George O. Smith (Halcyon Classics) (Kindle Edition)

Highways In Hiding is an intriguing piece of fiction. Smith doesn’t explain to his readers, he immerses them in the story and the reality in which it exists.
This was written and published over half a century ago. The prose is heavily laden with dated slang and viewpoints and this makes it less than ideal for today’s reader. Try the sample.
