Review part 2 of 2. Classic Game Room HD explodes into first person shooter action on the Playstation 3 with a review of Resistance, Fall of Man for PS3! How is this game vs. Halo 3 and Bioshock? How is the PS3 vs. Xbox 360? How is the PS3 vs. Sega Genesis? Watch the review and find out. You are a Yank in Britain shooting aliens with a variety of fun weapons and this excellent shooting/action/adventure game that takes place shortly after WW2 in an alternate reality. This is an amazing first person military science fiction shooter that rocks the PS3 video game console and can be played online over the Sony Network. Ths game is only available on the PS3, you cannot get it for Atari 2600, 7800, Xbox 360 or even Colecovision. Be sure to watch the original Classic Game Room episodes. Classic Game Room was the original classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999-2000, now on DVD.
Recorded in 1999, Classic Game Room reviews ARMADA for the Sega Dreamcast video game console. This super old school review from the Classic Game Room features a rather obscure but still incredibly fun game called ARMADA. It is a top down space ship shooter game combined with an RPG style storyline and plot. This was an early release for the ill-fated Sega Dreamcast, released in 1999. Classic Game Room is the first video game review show on the Internet that reviewed classic games. This review is one of their “brand new” game reviews… brand new back in the 20th century that is. Aired in December, 1999 on the original Inecom Internet TV channel. So check it out, retro old school goodness in the form of a retro old school Classic Game Room back from when the boys were in their 20′s! Developed and published by Metro3D, Inc., designed by Mark Jordan and Roger Fang. ARMADA takes place in a not so distant future time and space. It’s a cool science fiction action RPG game with unique elements and great gameplay. Graphically this doesn’t stand out today, but back then it was really nice using the full power of the Sega Dreamcast. GAME ROOM SUCKA!
Classic Monster Movies DVD: The Wasp Woman (1960) Roger Corman’s Mutant Wasp Science Fiction Fantasy Film with Sci-Fi Babes Susan Cabot & Lynn Cartwright
Classic Monster Movies DVD: The Wasp Woman (1960) Roger Corman’s Mutant Wasp Science Fiction Fantasy Film with Sci-Fi Babes Susan Cabot & Lynn Cartwright
- Year: 1960
- Run time: 1:13:00
- Director: Roger Corman
- Starring: Susan Cabot, Barboura Morris, William Roerick, Frank Gerstle.
The cult favorite The Wasp Woman is a touchstone sixties monster movie. The story outline is familiar: an aging beauty (Susan Cabot) wishes to take a scientists experimental youth serum, which is derived from Wasps, but the serum goes too far and turns her into a monster. What separates The Wasp Woman is the quality of its acting. Going beyond the cheap (and fun!) effects and goofy costumes, The Wasp Woman enchants with good drama that unfolds into magnificently effective horror scenes – once the creature is unleashed, of course. While enjoying the fantastic popcorn fun, don’t forget to spot the sexy starlette Lynn Cartwright as a sultry and sassy Brooklyn secretary.
